Do our hair extensions shed or tangle?

 You can expect little to no shedding or tangling. To limit this we suggest to keep a comb/paddle brush to give it a little love throughout the day. Start from the ends and work your way up!

What grade is our hair?

We don't get into the grading system due to it being a marketing tactic, but rest assure you are purchasing top quality hair extensions that's best in the market!

Can our hair extensions take heat, bleach and coloring?

 Our hair can be dyed, and bleached into any color. It can be ironed and straightened, holds curls and bouncy. Note: Excessive heat can cause heat damage to hair extensions!

Do Glueless Wigs come ready to wear? 

Yes. All of our glueless wigs come with bleached knots, pre-plucked hairline and styled

How are Glueless Wigs constructed?

All of our gluless wigs are machine-made for long lasting wear.

Can our hair take salt water or pool water?

We do not recommend getting hair in salt nor pool water as it can strip the hair. If hair does get wet, Wash Immediately! We highly suggest deep conditioning after washing and applying a lightweight oil afterwards.

Do we accept Returns/Exchanges?

How long does it take for orders to process and ship?

Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for Ready to Ship orders to process and to ship! Made to Orders please allow up to 20 business days. Your package does come with insurance just in case it is lost/stolen and requires a signature confirmation. Please view our shipping policy for more details.
